The treatment consists of the following steps: degreasing, possible chemical satin finishing, depatination, anodic oxidation, neutralization, possible colouring, fixing and drying.

6061-T6: High strength, corrosion resistance, suitable for heavy loads.

Typically specified in terms of:Uniform distributed loads (UDL) in pounds per square foot (PSF) or kilograms per square meter (kg/m²).

Concentrated loads for localized weight.

3. Bar Spacing

Standard: 1 inch or 19mm.

Close-mesh: 7/16 inch or 11mm center-to-center for ADA compliance.

4. Finish

Mill Finish: Natural aluminum surface.

Anodized: Enhanced corrosion resistance and aesthetic appearance.

Powder Coated: Available in various colors for better aesthetics and durability.

5. Dimensions

Panel Size: Defined by length and width, typically custom-cut to project requirements.

Thickness: Common thicknesses range from 1/8 inch (3.2mm) to 3/8 inch (9.5mm) for bearing bars.
