Bearing Bar & Cross Bar:

The height and thickness of the bearing bar are moderate, usually between 20 mm and 170 mm, and the connection between the cross bars and bearing bars is achieved through the press-locked process.

Maximum Height:

100 mm, and the length is generally less than 2000 mm, suitable for most standard applications.

The Integral Type press-locked steel grating features bearing bars and cross bars with the same height. This design enhances the stability and load-bearing capacity of the grating.

Same Height for Bearing Bars & Cross Bars: The height is usually between 20 mm and 100 mm, and the groove depth is 1/2 of the bearing bar height.

Maximum Height: 100 mm, with the length typically less than 2000 mm.

The Heavy Duty Steel Grating is designed for extremely high load-bearing requirements, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial environments.

Load Capacity: Manufactured under 1200 tons of pressure, bearing bars have a height of 80 mm to 200 mm and thicknesses of 8 mm, 10 mm, or 12 mm.

The Louver Steel Grating has a special design where the bearing bars are angled at 30° or 45°, optimizing drainage and ventilation performance.

Angle Design: Bearing bars are arranged at an angle of 30° or 45° to improve drainage and airflow.
